Shelley Mann is the driving force behind Strategic Sales Advisors. With over two decades of experience in sales leadership and customer experience, Shelley has dedicated her career to helping SMBs escape commercial chaos and build scalable, repeatable systems for growth.

Shelley founded Strategic Sales Advisors in 2022 with a mission to provide businesses with tailored solutions that align with their unique goals. Her expertise lies in creating strategic sales plans, optimizing sales processes, and building high-performing teams. Shelley also offers Fractional Sales Leadership, guiding organizations through transitions and helping recruit and onboard permanent sales leaders.

Beyond the Office

Originally from North Texas, Shelley now calls San Antonio home. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys SCUBA diving, photography, and travel. Shelley thrives on building relationships and is an active member of several professional organizations, including Vistage and NAWBO San Antonio.
